WELCOME TO free the arts

Welcome to free the arts. Look over the entries beginning with "Introduction to free the arts" for information on free art museums and events. There are opportunities out there at affordable prices. If you know of any shows or music events that are free or discounted, let me know and it will be added on the blog. A friend of mine said today that expecting museums to be free was idealistic. The Northwest Georgia Winds
have 4 seasonal concerts a year in Rome, Georgia.
These dedicated musicians offer these concerts completely free of charge.
See their website for dates and times. The next concert will be in March during Rome's Celtic Concert.

    This is a great resource. The arts should be accesible to everyone. What a wonderful idea!!
